Why clean gutters in the fall here?
Leaves and fir needles come down in the fall, and the needles slip right past gutter guards. Clearing the gutters before the heavy rain keeps water going down the downspouts, not over the edge.
Is it worth cleaning windows in the fall if it rains all winter?
Yes. A fall cleaning clears summer pollen and dust so you get the most light through the gray months. The spring cleaning takes care of winter's rain spots.
Is fall a good time for roof moss removal?
Yes. We sweep the moss off by hand, then treat what's left. The treatment works as rain washes it through, so fall rain helps finish the job. We never pressure wash a roof.
Why pressure wash before winter?
Algae and green film make driveways and walkways slick once the rain starts. A fall cleaning clears it before the wet months.
Do you work in the rain?
It depends on the job. Roof work waits for a day dry enough to walk safely. John will let you know if the weather moves your date.
How does the fall discount work?
