"John Speaks was very professional, and went above and beyond and provided excellent window cleaning. He also provided very thorough roof and gutter cleaning as well as treating the moss on our roof at our cabin. The windows were sparkling inside and out!"

Bothell's grown a lot in the last couple decades, and it shows in the housing stock: older, established neighborhoods with mature tree cover closer to the historic downtown and the Sammamish River, alongside newer development pushing out toward the Canyon Park biotech corridor and UW Bothell.
The older homes tend to carry more moss and gutter debris from decades of tree cover; the newer construction is often cleaner but comes with bigger windows and more glass to maintain. We quote based on what's actually in front of us, not a guess based on the neighborhood.
